丝状真菌是生态系统重要的组成部分,在自然界影响重金属形态和生物有效性,并在地球生物化学循环中有重要的作用。本文从丝状真菌对重金属离子的胞外沉淀作用、细胞壁结合作用,胞内重金属离子的排出作用、螯合作用、区室化作用和抗氧化系统的防护作用等方面,总结了丝状真菌耐受重金属的细胞机制的研究进展,展望了丝状真菌耐受重金属机制的今后研究方向。
Filamentous fungi are an important part of ecosystems and play an important role in the forms, bioavailability and biogeochemicat cycling of heavy metals in the earth. This paper reviewed the research advances in the cellular mechanisms of filamentous fungal tolerance to heavy metals, including the extracellular precipitation, cell-wall binding, efflux of intracellular heavy metal ions, intracellular chelation by intracellular ligands, subcellular compartmentation and the protective role of antioxidant systems. Research works on the mechanisms of filamentous fungal tolerance to heavy metals are also prospected in this article.
