Aimed at the problem of the lack of Uighur language application software about learning, the existing network learning system has the problem of low resource sharing and lack users online interac- tion, the system of Uighur/ Chinese stream media courseware and learning is brought forward. P2P tech- nology is used in the streaming media business with minority characteristics, can achieve the efficient use of limited teaching resources. Teaching resources published in this learning system, video course wares ac- count for a large proportion. Streaming media technology provides the best solution for the transmission for video course wares and richens user＇s experience.
