以地质力学模型试验的相似理论和相似材料的选择原则为基础,以砂子为骨料,石蜡为胶结剂,石膏为调节剂作为相似材料制成了一批可以模拟页岩的模型试件。该相似材料满足相似原理,且具有取材方便、经济成本低、制作工艺简单、成型时间短以及变形量大等优点。对5种不同配比下的软岩相似材料试件进行了大量的单轴、三轴试验,验证了该相似材料模拟页岩具有可行性。结果表明,该相似材料的抗压强度、抗拉强度、弹性模量、内聚力、内摩擦角随砂胶质量比的增大而减小,泊松比随砂胶质量比的增大而增大。该研究为进一步的模型试验提供了理论指导。
Based on the similarity theory of geomechanical model test and the selection principle of similar materials,a series of model specimens simulating shale were made from similar materials using sand as aggregate,paraffin as binder and gypsum as modifier. The similar materials meet the similarity principle,and have the advantages of convenience,low economic cost,simple production process,short molding time and large deformation,etc. A large number of uniaxial,triaxial tests were carried out on similar specimens of soft rock in five different ratios. It is proved that the similar material is feasible for simulating shale and it is concluded that the compressive strength,the tensile strength,the elastic modulus,the cohesion and the internal friction angle of the similar material decrease with the increase of the sand ratio,and the Poisson's ratio increases with the increase of the sand ratio,providing guidance for the further model test research.
