由于开关电容个数的增加,高阶降压式谐振开关电容变换器较基本降压式谐振开关电容变换器的结构复杂,其潜电路现象更加丰富。该文在分析其构成规律和运行特性基础上,首先以3阶降压式谐振开关电容变换器为例,研究在不同运行条件下出现的潜电路特性,由此推导出n阶降压式谐振开关电容变换器潜电路发生的一般条件。研究结果表明,由高阶降压式变换器潜电路发生条件,可方便地得出各种类型降压式变换器的潜电路条件,证明若n阶降压式变换器满足潜电路发生条件,其低阶电路(n-1,n-2….,2)必定工作在潜电路状态下。最后进行实验验证。
With the increasing number of switched capacitors, the topology of multi-stage resonant switched capacitor (RSC) converter is more complex with respect to that of the basic one. The sneak circuit phenomenon will be more complicated. Firstly, according to composing principles of the converter, sneak circuit characteristics in 3-stage step-down RSC converter were studied under different operation condition Furthermore, the general law of sneak circuit analysis in multi-stage step-down RSC converters was proposed. It has been shown that, if n-stage RSC converter operated with sneak circuit, so did the low-stage ones (n-1, n-2 2). Finally, the proposed method has been verified by experimental results.
