文章主要基于高校教师“不升即走”制度,运用博弈论的知识,探讨在完全信息的视角下,建立高等学校和教师博弈树,研究影响高校教师努力程度和高校激励程度的变化因素,最后通过高校业绩进行评估。并整合教师最优的努力程度、高校最优的激励程度和高校业绩三者联系,总结出“不升即走”制度在高校中的影响因素以及合理化的建议。
Based on the "promotion or layoff" system of teachers in university, this paper mainly uses game theory to explore the establishment of game tree of higher schools and teachers in the perspective of complete information, study the change factors that impact the effort level of teachers and incentive degree in universities, and carry out the evaluation by college performance. The relationships among the best effort level of teacher, the optimal incentive degree of universities and university performance are integrated to summarize the influence factors and reasonable suggestions of "promotion or layoff" system in universities.
