研究了从某铀矿石酸法柱浸液中金属铀的树脂吸附、淋洗剂淋洗、沉淀剂沉淀等铀提取工艺及其影响因素.结果表明,采用201×7阴离子树脂吸附,吸附原液pH=1.5~2.0,合理控制阴离子浓度,且铀浓度越高越有利于树脂吸附;相同浓度下,阴离子对铀淋洗的效果由大到小依次为硝酸根离子>氯离子>硫酸根离子,且浓度越大影响越大;沉淀的pH控制在7.0~8.0、温度控制在40~60℃,轻微的外界震动会加速铀颗粒沉淀,且提高黄饼质量.
Uranium recovery from lixivium of uranium ore column leaching from one uranium mine and its affecting factors, such as resin adsorption, eluant eluting and precipitant precipitation, were studied. The results show that high concentration of uranium is beneficial to resin adsorption with 201 × 7 anion resin at pH=1. 5-2.0. The elution sequence of anion on uranium from resins is as nitrate ion, chlorine ion and sulfate ion under the same concentration, and higher concentration exerts more influence. In precipitation system, slight vibration can accelerate uranium particles precipitation and improve quality of yellow cake with pH of 7.0-8.0 and temperature of 40- 60 ℃.
