左金丸是中医经典方剂，左金丸及其活性成分盐酸小檗碱、吴茱萸碱可以抗胃癌，其机制复杂。研究发现左金丸及其单体抗胃癌的机制，与抑制胃癌细胞增殖、诱导凋亡、阻滞细胞周期、抑制侵袭转移和血管新生有关。目前对盐酸小檗碱和吴茱萸碱抗胃癌的作用机制研究较透彻，但由于左金丸复方成分的复杂性，造成对左金丸复方的研究相对不足，该方面的研究有待深入。文章对左金丸及其活性成分盐酸小檗碱、吴茱萸碱抗胃癌的机制的研究进展进行综述。
英文摘要：
Zuojinwan is a classic formula in traditional Chinese medicine. Zuojinwan and its active constituents such as berberine, evodiamine can anti gastric cancer, with complicated mechanism. Study has found that the mechanism is related to the inhibition of cancer cell proliferation, induction of apoptosis, cell cycle arrest, inhibition of metastasis and angiogenesis. At present, the research about the mechanism of berberine and evodiamine can anti gastric cancer is thorough. But the research about the mechanism of Zuojinwan formula is relative unclear, due to its complicated constituents in the formula. So further research is needed. This paper makes a review about the Zuojinwan and its active constituents such as berberine, evodiamine in anti gastric cancer.
