针对网络规模的不断增大和复杂度的提高带来的网络认知和理解困难,提出一种基于启发式社区探测的网络可视分析方法。该方法首先建立网络模型获得网络各独立分支,然后从网络社区探测出发,利用启发式算法获取网络社区划分,随后在社区划分的基础上利用力引导方法对网络节点进行布局,实现网络结构的可视化展示。同时在网络分析手段上对网络拓扑图采用了放大镜隐喻,提供对网络结构宏观信息和局部细节的同时展现,以增强交互式细节查询,实现焦点上下文的展示。实验结果表明,研究对于挖掘网络特征结构、增强网络结构认知和理解有重要作用。
To solve the problems of network awareness and understanding caused by rapid increasing of network size and complexity, this article established a network model to obtain independent components of the network. Started from network community detection, a heuristic algorithm was adopted to achieve community division. Network nodes were arranged by force directed method to visualize the network structure. Meanwhile magnifying metaphor method was used to enhance interactively inquiring details to achieve focus-context display. Experimental results showed that this research contributes to network structure characteristics mining and analyzing and network understanding and situation awareness.
