采用自制的小型三效管式海水淡化装置,对不同介质气体(空气、氧气、二氧化碳和氦气)条件下的淡化装置性能进行研究。结果表明:在运行温度≤75℃的中低温条件下,以氧气为介质气体时淡化装置的稳态产水性能较好,产水率可达到0.44kg/h,比采用空气作为介质气体时的产水率提高了34%;以氦气为介质气体时淡化装置的启动和瞬态升温性能较好,启动和达到稳态所需时间分别为83s和130min。综合分析不同介质气体条件下淡化装置的性能与运行成本,优选得出以氧气作为介质气体可使淡化装置的效能达到最佳。
A self-made three-effect tubular still was used to study the performance of the still with different kinds of medium gas, including air, oxygen, carbon dioxide and helium. The results showed that when the running temperature was 75 ℃ or below, the still with oxygen as the medium gas had a good performance in water production, and the yield rate was 0.44 kg/h, 34% more than that of the still with air as the medium gas. The still with helium as the medium gas had a good performance in start-up and transient heating-up. The times needed to start up and to reach the stable state were 83 s and 130 min and respectively.
