针对甲醇选择氧化制二甲氧基甲烷过程的反应物和产物,比较了甲醇、水、甲酸甲酯、二甲氧基甲烷、甲醛等物质在不同色谱填充柱上的分离效率,确定了其校正曲线,建立了系统的甲醇选择氧化制二甲氧基甲烷反应混合物的定量气相色谱分析方法。该分析方法操作简单,准确度高。
A gas chromatography (GC) method was established for the quantitative analysis of the liquid products in methanol oxidation to dimethoxymethane. Several columns including Porapark-Q, Porapark-T and GC-401 were examined, of which the Porapark-T column exhibited high efficiency on the separation of methanol, dimethoxymethane, water, formaldehyde, and methyl formate. With thermal conductive detector (TCD) and Porapark-T column, the correction factors of the related substances were then deter- mined with high accuracy. The GC method proved to be simple, accurate and efficient in the quantitative analysis of the liquid products in preparation of dimethoxymethane by methanol oxidation.
