在986个科技型海归创业企业调研样本的基础之上,基于科技型企业成长的生命周期视角,从个人和团队社会网络2个方面构建海归双重社会网络影响企业技术创新绩效的理论模型,动态分析科技型企业4个生命周期阶段中双重社会网络对企业技术创新绩效的作用机制。研究结果表明:海归双重社会网络对科技型企业技术创新绩效的作用路径有2条,资源获取与整合、创业学习和技术创新能力分别在其中起到中介作用;在企业不同的生命周期阶段下,海归双重社会网络对企业技术创新绩效的作用特征、作用重点以及作用机制存在显著的差异,并且海归双重社会网络中的团队社会网络的作用高于个人社会网络。
On the basis of 986 survey samples ofhigh-tech returnees talent start-ups, from the perspective of life cycle of science and technology enterprises, from two aspects of individual and team social networks, this paper builds the theoretical model which explains how retumees talent double social network influence enterprise technology innovation performance, analyzes dynamically the performance mechanism of double social network to technology innovation performance in four life-cycle stages of science and technology enterprise. Research results show that: there are two pathways returnees talent double social network influence enterprise technology innovation performance, in which resource acquisition and integration and technologi- cal innovation capability play an intermediary role respectively; there are significant differences in the influence feature, priorities and mechanism of returnees talent double social network to enterprise technology innovation performance in different enterprise life cycles. Furthermore, in the returnees' talent double social network, the influence of team social network is higher than individual social network.
