Limb ischemia animal model is the foundation for mechanisms study on ischemia injury as well as angiogenesis.Establishing an effective and reproducible animal model is particularly important for the study.This article reviews the application condition,construction method and evaluation index of limb ischemia animal model with temporary and permanent ischemia,in order to provide definite clues for the future study.
