通过FriedelCrafts后交联反应制备了超高交联吸附树脂(YSSl50)及二甲胺修饰的超高交联吸附树脂(YSS99),以AmberliteXAD-4树脂做参照,通过等温吸附脱附、动态吸附脱附及树脂稳定性实验,在筛选的基础上,研究了YSSl50树脂对2,4-二硝基苯胺(2,4-dinitroaniline,I)A)及2,4-二硝基-6-溴苯胺(2,4-dinitro-6-bromoaniline,DBA)的吸附效果及对2,4二硝基苯胺及2,4-二硝基-6-溴苯胺的吸附回收工艺的可靠性.结果表明:YSSl50树脂对水中2,4二硝基苯胺及2,4-二硝基6澳苯胺具有较高的吸附容量,吸附等温线符合Freundlicl、方程,甲醇或8%盐酸具有较好的脱附效果.
The resins YSSI50 and YSS99 tion during the post crossing of chl modified dimethylamine were prepared by Friedel-Crafts reac ethyl low crosslinking macroporous poly-styrene resin. With Amberlite XAI) 4 as a contrast,the adsorption performance of 2,4-dinitroaniline (DA) or 2,4 dinitro- 6-bromoaniline(DBA) onto YSS150 and YSS99 was compared through static or dynamic adsorption desorption experiment and stability experiment of resin, and reliability of recovery for DA and DBA were investigated. The results showed that YSS150 resins had good adsorption capability to DA and DBA, and the adsorption isothem were fitted for Freundlich equation. Methanol or hydrochloric acid of 8 percent as desorption agents may be considered.
