Aiming for the immanent software reliability model application inconsistency at present, this article proposes a kind of software reliability model selection method, which bases on the unasceaained sot.. At first this article expounds the unascertainod sot and the common method of the software reliability model selection, and then we apply the software reliability model selection method based on the unascertained sot to a failure data and select a better compatibility model for the data. Finally the conclusion is given.
