随着膜分离技术、质子交换膜燃料电池技术和液流电池储能技术等的发展,膜材料的研究开发也越来越受到人们的重视。杂萘联苯聚芳醚是一类性能优良的高分子膜材料,由于分子主链上含有全芳非共平面扭曲链结构,具有较好的耐化学稳定性和耐热性,且可溶解于N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺等常用制膜溶剂,在耐高温分离膜和离子交换膜方面具有非常好的应用前景。本文主要介绍近年来杂萘联苯聚芳醚膜材料的研究进展及其在气体分离膜、液体分离膜、能源领域用离子交换膜等方面的应用。
More and more attention has been paid to the research of membrane materials, with the development of membrane separation, proton exchange membrane fuel cell, and flow battery for energy storage. Poly(phthalazinone ether)s are a kind of membrane materials with excellent performance. Due to the polymer main chains containing aromatic heterocyclic twisted non-coplanar structure, poly (phthalazinone ether)s show good chemical stability, good themal stability, and can be soluble in common membranes casting solvents such as N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and N,N-dimethylacetamide. Poly (phthalazinone ether)s show promising applications for thermally stable separation membranes and ion exchange membranes. In this paper, the development of poly (phthalazinone ether)s membrane materials and their applications for gas separation membranes, liquid separation membranes, and ion exchange membranes for energy field were reviewed.
