本研究采用12条引物对8份蔗茅与甘蔗杂种F1材料进行ISSR分析,共扩增出133条带,其中111条为多态性带,多态率达83.46%,说明栽培甘蔗与蔗茅杂交F1材料间存在着丰富的变异;供试F1代材料与其母本"崖城89-9"及父本"昆明蔗茅"间的平均遗传相似系数分别为0.67和0.44,且从聚类结果来看,各子代材料均与母本聚为一类,说明母本的遗传物质在子代材料中占绝对优势;结果还表明子代染色体数目类型与聚类结果并没有直接对应关系。
Twelve primers were used for ISSR analysis on eight Fl hybrids of Erianthus fulvus and sugarcane (Saccharum spp. ). The results showed that total 133 bands were amplified in the PCR reactions. Among them 111 were polymorphic bands and the polymorphic rate was 83.46 %. It indicated that there was abundance genetic variation among Fl progenies derived from crossing between cultivated sugarcane and Erianthu fulvus. The average genetic coefficients between Yacheng 89-9 and F1 progenies, Erianthusfulvus and Fl progenies, were 0.67 and 0.44, respectively. The clustering result of F1 progenies showed that all the progenies were clustered with female parent. This suggested that the genetic material of female parent was predominated in Ft progenies. The clustering result also showed that chromosome number types of F1 progenies were not directly related to their clustering results based on ISSR analysis.
