内燃郎肯循环发动机采用氧气代替空气作为助燃剂,规避了氮排放物,可以以较低成本通过冷凝过程分离废气中的水蒸气和二氧化碳,随后对二氧化碳进行回收,实现了采用化石燃料的超低排放循环.笔者利用自主开发的内燃郎肯循环发动机试验台架,对发动机不同负荷下喷水过程对指示功及指示热效率的影响进行了试验研究.结果表明,相同喷水量下,内燃郎肯循环热效率随发动机负荷的提升而显著提升,最高可将循环热效率提高9%.
The internal combustion Rankine cycle(ICRC)engine substitutes oxygen for air as cycle oxidant,eliminating the emission of NOx,and can capture CO2 after it is separated from exhaust gas through condensation process at relatively low cost,therefore,it achieves an ultra-low emission combustion cycle using fossil fuels. A self-designed prototype ICRC engine test bench was used to investigate the effect of engine load on thermo efficiency and indicating power. Results show that thermo efficiency of ICRC increased with the increase of engine load under that same water injection mass,and that thermo efficiency increased by 9% under appropriate test condition.
