Technological uncertainty is the main characteristic of technological innovation investment. This article introduces the technological uncertainty into the standard technical innovation investment model, and consequently gains the superior time-to-invest of duopoly firms under the technical uncertainty condition. Moreover, we analyze the technological uncertainty and its correlation coefficient＇s influence on the time-to-invest.
