采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)分别制备了微米及纳米结构WC-12Co金属陶瓷复合涂层,采用超声振动汽蚀装置研究了涂层的抗汽蚀性能,使用SEM微观分析的方法对蚀坑形貌进行了观察,并对汽蚀机理做了初步的探讨.结果表明:纳米结构WC-12Co涂层显示了优异的抗汽蚀性能,汽蚀率仅为微米涂层的1/3,涂层中纳米结构的存在是涂层抗汽蚀性能提高的主要因素.
Nanostructured and conventional coatings are deposited by HVOF. Resistance of coatings to cavitation erosion is studied by ultrasonic vibration cavitation equipment. Cavitation holes are observed by SEM and caviation mechanisms are explored. The results show that nanostructured coatings demonstrate more excellent performance in cavitation erosion ; volume loss is 1/3 less than the conventional one. The existence of nanostructured grain in the coatings is an important factor, which influences the resistance of coatings to caviation erosion.
