以富锂锰基正极材料(R)和尖晶石锰酸锂(M)混合作为锂离子电池的正极材料,以石墨为负极,制作成0.3 Ah的软包电池,分别对其进行高低温性能研究。结果表明:通过正极材料的混合使用,可以在很大程度上解决两种材料在低温和高温性能上的不足,弥补两种材料单一使用的缺陷,也一定程度上扩大了锂离子电池的温度使用范围。经系列研究表明:当R∶M=7∶3时,电池表现出优异的高低温性能,55℃下,100次循环后容量保持率为97.76%;-20℃下,容量保持率为60.21%。
The lithium-rich manganese-based cathode material (R) and lithium manganese oxide (M) were mixed in different proportions as lithium-ion battery cathode material, graphite as anode material, then 0.3 Ah soft pack battery was made, and its high and low performance were tested. The results show that by mixing the cathode materials, the problem of the two single material at high and low temperature can be largely solved, making up the defect of the single-use performance of the two materials and expanding the temperature range of lithium ion battery to some extent. A series of studies show that when R : M=7 : 3, after 100 cycles at 55 ℃, the capacity retention is 97.76%; the capacity retention is 60.21% at -20℃.
