以武汉市城市污水处理厂剩余污泥中重金属超标较为普遍的Zn为研究对象,研究2450MHz电磁波加载功率对污泥中重金属Zn的总量以及形态分布的影响,关联分析EPS含量和组成变化,探究电磁波加载过程中EPS对重金属Zn赋存位置及稳定性的影响。试验结果表明:2450MHz电磁波的加载,可使污泥重金属Zn总量上升,加载功率为500W时,Zn稳定态比例达到最高值66.44%,较原污泥提高了9.35%。电磁波加载有助于污泥EPS中的LB—EPS成为zn赋存的主要位置,其组分多糖更易与Zn结合形成可氧化态,有利于污泥中Zn稳定性的提高。
As a kind of heavy metal in excess sludge from wastewater treatment plants in Wuhan City, Zn exceeds the standard generally. So, Zn was selected as the research object to evaluate the influ- ence of loading power of 2 450 MHz electromagnetic wave on the total amount and species distribution of Zn in sludge. The quantity and composition of EPS were analyzed correlatively. The influence of EPS on the position and stability of Zn during the loading was investigated. The results showed that the amount of Zn increased with loading electromagnetic wave of 2 450 MHz. When the loading power was 500 W, the steady-state ratio of Zn reached a highest of 66.44%, nearly 9.35% more than that in raw sludge. The LB-EPS was the major position of Zn when the electromagnetic wave was loaded, and polysaccharide components in LB-EPS were easier to combine with Zn to achieve an oxidized state, which could improve the stability of Zn in sludge.
