采用显色反应(CT)、微量结晶(MCT)和薄层色谱(TLC)等方法,分析乌鲁木齐南山小渠子林场叶状地衣的物种组成及区系地理特征。结果表明:乌鲁木齐南山小渠子林场叶状地衣共有5目、11科、18属、57种。含4种以上的大科共有4个,占总科数的36.36%,分别包括本地区55.55%的属和78.94%的种。地衣的地理成分可划分为7类,包括温带成分(36.842%)、世界广布种(29.825%)、环北极成分(22.807%)、泛热带成分(1.754%)、东亚成分(3.509%)、两极分布种(1.704%)和中亚成分(1.704%)。该地区地衣种类与北美、欧洲等地在地衣区系上有一定的相似性,并不具有明显的中国特有种类。
In this paper the foliose lichens species composition and eco geographical characteristics of Xiaoquzi forest management area, Urumqi, Xinjiang were preliminarily studied according to field investigation and litera tures. The Color test(CT), Microcrystal test(MCT) and Thin layer chromatography(TLC) method were used to classify the lichen species. The results show that there are 57 foliose lichen species , belonging to 18 genera of ll families. There are four major families which have more than 4 species, accounting for 55.55% of genera and 78.94% of species of the total taxa in this area. The species composition are complex,7 types of foliose lichen flora in this region are identified, among them Temperate zone elements (36. 842% ), Cosmopolitan element (29. 825% ), Circumpolar element (22. 807% ) are predominant.
