提出一种基于傅里叶变换的植物根系图像拼接方法.采用快速傅里叶变换方法提高图像处理质量,缩短图像处理时间,实现图像实时处理,便于图像处理和数据统计.算例应用该方法将微根管采集到的植物根系图像拼接成一个完整的根系图像.结果表明该方法可以为生长在固坡中植物的作用机理研究提供全面的根系生长信息,进一步为植物根系的研究提供可靠的数据源.
In this article,we put forward a method to piece together several root images using Fourier transform.It can provide reliable data resource during the root growth and improve the effect of planting slope protection.Partial pictures obtained from collecting device could be mosaicking to an integral image of roots.The proposed method could be helpful to achieve comprehensive growth information of the root.
