根据弹塑性理论,应用数值仿真技术建立了套管下入水平井弯曲段的有限元模型;分析了套管在不同曲率、不同井眼扩眼率以及不同载荷情况下的变形、应力及下入位移的变化情况;揭示了φ177.8 mm套管在φ216 mm水平井弯曲段的下入规律及井眼参数对套管下入性的影响。对在水平井内安全下入套管具有指导意义。
Based on the elastic-plastic theory,numerical simulation technology,establishers the model of casing entering curved well were applied,and the transformation of deformation stress and displace of setting was analyzed.The regulation of φ177.8 casing entering φ216mm curved part of the horizontal well and the affection of well's parameter to casing entering were revealed.The research work presents guide sense to casing entering horizontal well safely.
