由潮流转移引起的连锁跳闸事件是引发大停电事故的重要因素之一。根据潮流转移发生后线路测量阻抗的变化,提出基于保护关联域的防连锁跳闸策略。该策略通过区域信息快速搜索过负荷线路,并在后备保护动作延时之内快速完成过负荷线路上后备保护的重新整定,即防止了过负荷线路上的后备保护误动切除无故障线路,又使后备保护具有切除被保护线路上可能出现的短路故障的能力。以新英格兰10机39节点系统为样例,采用BPA仿真验证了该方案的有效性。
Cascading trips caused by flow transferring are an important cause of many well-known blackouts. This paper put forward a control strategy to prevent cascading trips based on related protection area, which uses the change of measured impedance after the power flow transferring happened for analysis. This strategy uses the local information, which makes the overload lines can be found quickly. As a result, it is possible to reset the backup protection within the time-delay. This scheme can not only prevent the backup protection on overload lines from tripping normal lines by mistake action, but also can identify short-circuit faults on the lines which are protected. The New England 10-unit 39-bus system was taken as an example. This method was verified by simulation.
