本文以交通量-停车需求模型为基础,考虑了不同区位的小区出行吸引的交通方式构成对停车需求的影响,提出了先根据各小区出行吸引的交通方式构成对小区进行聚类分组,再分组预测未来年出行吸引的交通方式构成,继而预测各小区停车需求量的方法。最后,结合实例进行了分析,证明该方法可以保证预测的精度。
英文摘要：
Based on the Volume-Parking Space Model, and the influence that the mode constitution of zonal trip attraction acted on parking demand, a method of urban parking demand forecast was presented in this paper. The method carried through clustering analysis according to the mode constitution of zonal trip attraction, then can be used to forecast the group mode constitution in the future： after then, calculated. At last, an example was provided to improve the the zonal parking demand can be correctness of the method.
