目的:探讨角色扮演法如何应用在《药事管理学》实践教学中及其教学效果比较。方法以制药工程系的学生为研究对象,在《药事管理学》实践教学中以角色扮演法为手段,并对其效果进行调查。结果在《药事管理学》实践教学中实施角色扮演法有利于培养学生发现问题和解决问题的能力及加深对知识的理解和掌握;增强主动学习的意识和加深职业形象的认同感。结论采用角色扮演法进行实践教学,培养了学生的职业形象的认同感和社会责任感,提高了学生对《药事管理学》的应用性学科的认识。
OBJECTIVE This study was to discuss the applications and effects of role-playing method in the practical teaching of pharmaceutical administration science.METHODS A questionnaire was in attempt to to inves-tigate the effects of role-playing method in the practical teaching fundamentals of pharmaceutical administration sci-ence with the students of pharmaceutical engineering department.RESULTS This role-playing method in the prac-tical teaching of pharmaceutical administration science was a meaning investigation for not only improving the ability of students to discover question and settle the new knowledge varying from theoretical teaching to practice teaching , but also enhancing theirs capacity of communicating with the specialized persons and strengthening the occupational image in line with the pharmaceutical professionals impressed by people.CONCLUSION The teaching method of role-playing plays an important role in enhancing the professional image of identification and cultivating the social re -sponsibility of students ,and conclusively strengthens the understanding of knowledge point dispersed in pharmaceuti -cal administration science considerd as a applicative discipline in its practice teaching process.
