针对某高炉多粒径颗粒并罐装料过程中料罐内颗粒存在的粒度偏析现象,采用离散单元法(DEM)对其装料行为进行了数值模拟研究。数值结果表明:由于并罐式无料钟装料装置的特殊结构导致了左右料罐内存在不同的颗粒粒度偏析。其中,左罐中自左至右呈现出大、小、小、大的颗粒粒度偏析分布,而右罐中自左至右呈现出小、小、大、大的颗粒粒度偏析分布,且两料罐中料堆堆尖处都呈现小颗粒分布居多,大颗粒分布较少的偏析现象,模拟结果与文献报道装料结果十分吻合。最后,进一步分析了不同区域内的相对平均粒径及偏析指数分布。
Segregation behavior in charging poly-disperse particles into two parallel hoppers bell-less top of blast furnace was investigated using the discrete element method. The numerical results showed that there exist different particle size segregations in both left and right hoppers due to the special internals in the parallel hoppers bell-less top. The size distribution of particle segregation is large, small, small, large from left to right in the left hopper while that is small, small, large, large from left to right in the right hopper. In addition, the simulation results reveal particles with small size are inclined to be distributed at the tip of material piles in the hoppers. These simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental charging results in the published literature. Finally, the mean particle diameter and the distribution of particle segregation index in different regions were also analyzed.
