对中国铝业贵州分公司电解铝厂进行样品采集,根据厂区内部环境特征,分为8个样地,共采集纤枝短月藓(Brachymenium exile)样品24份。利用Optima 5300 V电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪,对该厂区内纤枝短月藓植株及其基质8种金属元素(Al、Ca、Fe、K、Mg、Na、Pb、Ti)含量进行测定分析。金属含量测定结果表明,该厂区Al元素含量明显高于其他金属元素含量(基质中其平均含量达到154011.28 mg/kg,植物体内平均含量为28 998.63 mg/kg)。纤枝短月藓可以很好地反映Al、Mg、Na、Ti这4种元素变化,在一般环境下可以较好的指示Ca元素含量,对于Fe、K、Pb这3个元素含量变化不能很好的反映;因此纤枝短月藓对铝厂部分金属元素具有监测意义。
24 Brachymenium exile samples were collected over the area where an electrolytic aluminum factory of Chalco Guizhou Branch was sited. Using ICP emission spectrometry, eight elements (A1, Ca, Fe, K, Mg, Na, Pb and Ti) contained in Brachymenium exile and its substrates were analyzed. The result of the analysis showed that the content of A1 element was significantly higher than others, i.e, the average content of A1 element in substrate was up to 154 011.28 mg/kg, and the average content of A1 element in Brachymenium exile 28 998.63 mg/kg; and Brachymenium exile was excellent at indicating variation of A1, Mg, Na and Ti, and was rather good at indicating content of Ca in the general, but not good at Fe, K and Pb. In conclusion, Brachymenium exile could be used to monitor metal elements in the environment at the aluminum factory.
