Four-axis helical gear measuring instrument can be applied to measure the deviations of involute cylindrical gear.According to definition and measurement specifications for each deviation of involute cylindrical gear in National Standards,which include GB/T 10095.1-2001"involute cylindrical gears precision"and GB/T 13924-2008"involute cylindrical gears precision detailed testing rules",the probe's motion path and key points'location coordinates of the measuring head is provided during measuring gear's profile deviation,tooth pitch deviation and spiral deviation of involute cylindrical gear,by taking Four-axis helical gear measuring instrument as the research object,basing on the measuring principle of gear deviation coordinate.Then further statement is provided through an instance,which is proved that the motion planning can be used for movement control of gear deviation measuring instruments.
