目的:探讨定量针刺对不同强度的运动训练对大鼠心肌内分泌功能的影响。方法:对SD大鼠进行56d不同强度的跑台运动训练,利用定量针刺法研究不同强度运动训练大鼠在不同功能状态下心肌内分泌功能的影响。结果:针刺治疗能调节跑台训练大鼠心肌ANP和ET-1的含量。结论:不同强度跑台训练能影响大鼠心肌内分泌功能,仿真针刺能有效改善不同强度的运动训练诱导的心肌ANP和ET-1含量变化,调节大鼠心脏内分泌功能。
Objective: to approach the effect of quantitating acupuncture on heart endocrine function in different intensity movement training rats. Methods: the SD rats were training in different intensity treadmill movement and to study the effect of quantitating acupuncture on heart endocrine function in different condition in different intensity movement training. Results: the acupuncture treatment could regulate the ANP and ET - 1 contents in the cardiac muscle in the treadmill movement training rats. Conclusion: the different intensity treadmill movement training could effect rats cardiac muscle endocrine function. The emulating acupuncture has the function to improve different intensity movement training rats cardiac muscle ANP and ET - 1 contents change and regulate rats cardiac muscle endocrine function.
