煤矿充填法开采技术研究现状及应用前景

针对我国目前"三下"压煤的现状和煤矿采掘产生的以煤矸石为主的固体废弃物的治理情况,系统介绍了充填法开采技术的发展历程、充填体的作用机理及影响因素;同时针对目前我国城市垃圾处理的现状,提出了袋装充填及城市垃圾充填方式。实施城市垃圾充填与采空区治理相结合,比传统的填埋、堆肥、焚烧处理垃圾方式,更有助于城市垃圾的规模化处理。充填法开采不仅带来工程实践意义的革新,而且实现了矿井的"掘"、"采"、"处"三元开采模式,其科学和工程意义重大。

英文摘要:

Aiming at present situation of coal mining under buildings,railways and water bodies and the disposal state of solid wastes mainly including coal gangue mined out in coalmines in our country,the development history of backfilling mining technology,the action mechanism of filling body and its influencing factors were introduced systemically in the paper.Meanwhile,aiming at present situation of city garbage deposal in our country,the backfilling pattern of bagged wastes backfilling and city garbage backfilling was put forward.It is more helpful to deal with the city garbage on a large scale by combining the city garbage stowing with the treatment of mine gobs than traditional waste disposal methods,such as burying in land,compost piling and burning.Backfilling mining technology not only brings the innovation of engineering practice and realizes the triaxial mining pattern,including "roadway excavation","coal mining" and "waste disposal "in mines and it is very significant to science and engineering.
