图书馆服务等级协议是"互联网+"应用到图书馆中的质量保障。文章通过概述"互联网+"和图书馆服务等级协议的内涵,阐述了"互联网+"环境下图书馆服务等级协议变化的外在因素。在重点分析"互联网+"环境下图书馆服务等级协议特点的基础上,以服务提供商的类型为标准对图书馆服务等级协议进行分类,最终提出图书馆服务等级协议的生成过程,构建了"互联网+"环境下的图书馆服务等级协议的管理模型。
The Library Service Level Agreement is a guarantee of applying "Intemet +" to libraries. By introducing the basic conception of “Internet+” and Library Service Level Agreement, this paper discusses the external factors that cause the transformation of the library SLA. Based on analyzing the characteristics of the library SLA in “lnternet+” age, the paper classifies the library SLA by the type of service supplier, puts forward the process of generating library SLA, and finally constructs a managing model of library SLA in “Internet+” age.
