The Library Service Level Agreement is a guarantee of applying ＂Intemet ＋＂ to libraries. By introducing the basic conception of “Internet＋” and Library Service Level Agreement, this paper discusses the external factors that cause the transformation of the library SLA. Based on analyzing the characteristics of the library SLA in “lnternet＋” age, the paper classifies the library SLA by the type of service supplier, puts forward the process of generating library SLA, and finally constructs a managing model of library SLA in “Internet＋” age.
