由于振动筛的实际工作环境较为复杂,其大梁极易出现裂纹且具有包覆层厚的检测难点。传统涡流检测技术由于集肤效应的存在,很难检测出带有包覆层的铁磁性材料裂纹,针对这类问题提出了运用低频涡流检测的方法,通过现场调研与试验研究,确定了适合的检测频率段,得出了透过包覆层对裂纹大小的定量结论,为振动筛大梁裂纹的实际现场检测提供了重要的指导作用。
The actual work environment of vibrating sieve is complicated.The beam of vibra-ting sieve could easily have cracks with difficulty detection of cladding layer thickness.It is diffi-cult to detect ferromagnetic material crack with coating layer due to the skin effect in the tradi-tional current testing technology.In view of these problems,the low frequency eddy current tes-ting method has been proposed.Based on the research and test on site,the appropriate detection frequency has been determined.The quantitative conclusions on the size of the crack through the coating layer has been obtained,which provided important guidance for the actual the scene de-tection of cracks in vibrating sieve.
