乳腺癌是女性中最常见的恶性肿瘤。近年来对mi RNA的研究提示,mi RNA在乳腺癌的发生发展中起着重要的作用,mi RNA在乳腺癌耐药中也有一定的作用。据统计,约有70%的乳腺癌患者在治疗期间出现化疗耐药。对乳腺癌耐药的机制和mi RNA在耐药中起到的作用进行了综述。
英文摘要：
Breast cancer is the most common malignancy in women. Recent studies of mi RNA point out,mi RNA plays an important role in the development of breast cancer,mi RNA also has a role in breastcancer drug resistance. According to statistics,about 70% of breast cancer patients appear chemotherapy-resistant during treatment. In this paper,the mechanism of drug resistance of breast cancer and effects ofmi RNA on drug resistance are reviewed.
