以对苯二酚和双酚A为原料,分别与4-硝基邻苯二腈在氮气保护的碱性环境下,合成了两种双(邻苯二腈)类化合物:4,4′-(对苯二氧)双(邻苯二腈)(化合物A)和4,4′-{[丙烷-2,2-二基双(1,4-对苯)]双氧代}双(邻苯二腈)(化合物B).考察了不同反应条件对产物产率的影响,得到了最佳制备工艺条件:碱性环境为分散在DMF中的无水碳酸钾,反应物摩尔配比为2.4∶1(化合物A)和2.3∶1(化合物B),反应温度为55℃,反应时间为6h.对化合物A和B分别进行紫外光谱和红外光谱表征,确定得到了目标产物.
Two kinds of diphthalates nitrile compounds 4′-(1,4-phenylenebis(oxy))diphthalonitrile(Compound A),and 4,4′-{[propane-2,2-diylbis(4,1-phenylene)]bis(oxy)}diphthalonitrile(compound B)were obtained by using hydroquinone and 2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)propane to react with 4-nitro phthalates nitrile in alkaline media at a nitrogen atmosphere,respectively.The efforts of reaction conditions on yields were investigated,and the optimum reaction conditions were obtained:alkaline condition was anhydrous potassium carbonate distracted in DMF,the molar ratios of reactants were 2.4∶1(compound A)and 2.3∶1(compound B),optimal reaction temperature was 55 oC and reaction time was 6h.UV-Visible spectroscopy and Infrared(IR)were used to characterize A and B,and the products were obtained successfully.
