在乙醇-水体系中,用硬脂酸作为表面修饰剂,用一步合成法制备了具有硬脂酸修饰的纳米BaSO4.用傅立叶红外(FF—IR),粉末X衍射(XRD),动态光散射(DLS),透射电镜(TEM),热重分析(TGA)等测试方法对所制得的纳米BaSO4进行了表征,结果表明,在加入一定量的硬脂酸和少量的氨水的条件下,能得到分散性好,平均粒径为16nm的具有硬脂酸修饰的球形BaSO4.
In this paper, we prepared nanosized BaSO4 particles modified with stearic acid in ethanol - water reaction system, and obtained the optimal reaction condition. The nanoparticles were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT - IR), powder X - ray diffraction ( XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM), dynamic light scattering (DLS) and thermo gravimetric analysis ( TGA), respectively. The results indicated that the BaSO4 with the average diameter of 16nm modified with stearic acid having good dispersion in the presence of a certain concentration NH3 ·H2O and stearic acid.
