根据电缆注脂头的工作原理和电缆结构特点,应用缝隙流原理,建立了电缆注脂头压力控制方程与阻流管数量计算方程。以某一电缆为例,应用2个方程确定了主要参数的选择原则;在3种高压井条件下分析了压力控制方程中的参数及系数。结果表明:井口压力、电缆起下速度、注脂口流量均是影响注脂头压力的主要参数,且每2个主要参数的变化量之间具有与系数相关的定比例关系。
According to the working principle of the cable grease-injecting head and the structural characteristics of the cable,the pressure control equation of the cable grease-injecting head and the equation for calculating the number of choke tubes are established by means of gap flow principle. Taking a cable as an example,the selection principle for the main parameters of the cable grease-injecting head is presented applying two equations,and the parameters and coefficients in the pressure control equation are analyzed under three conditions of high pressure well. The results show that the wellhead pressure,the cable speed and the grease-injecting flow-rate are the main parameters affecting on the grease-injecting head pressure,and of three main parameters,the increment ratio of two parameters is equal to the inverse ratio of their corresponding coefficients.
