提出一种以聚氨酯泡沫为芯材、玻璃纤维增强复合材料为面层和格构腹板的新型复合材料夹层结构板材。采用真空导入工艺制备8个参数不同的夹芯板试件,并对其进行侧压性能试验,探讨格构腹板和聚氨酯泡沫等参数对构件压缩破坏形态和承载性能的影响,并根据复合材料力学理论进行理论分析。结果表明:格构腹板可提高夹芯板的截面刚度,并能有效提升芯材与面层的界面粘结强度,抑制夹芯板面层剥离;聚氨酯泡沫芯材能有效抑制板材在加载初期的局部屈曲;理论分析与试验结果相吻合。
A new composite sandwich panel made up of composite materials face sheets and lattice webs and polyurethane foam core was proposed. Eight specimens with different parameters were prepared via vacuum infusion process, and were then tested under edgewise compressive test in order to investigate the effects of different parameters such as lattice webs and polyurethane foam on compressive failure modes and load-carrying properties. Then mechanics of composite materials was used to do some theoretical analysis.The results indicated that lattice webs enhanced the cross-section stiffness of sandwich panels, effectively improved interface bonding strength of foam core and face sheets and restrained the delamination of face sheets. The polyurethane foam core effectively inhibited the local buckling of face sheets during the early stage of loading.Furthermore ,theoretical analysis were agreed well with test results.
