以＂十二五＂期间调整结构与经济社会转型为主线,将北京文化产业（事业）作为一个整体来考虑,分析北京从＂工业立市＂到＂文化立市＂、从＂污染城市＂到＂宜居城市＂、从＂科技中心＂到＂创意中心＂、从＂技术一元推动＂到＂科技文化双轨运行＂,从而把握文化与科技融合的相关路径。研究认为：只有深入把握＂十二五＂期间北京社会经济系统转型特征与发展战略定位,探索科技、文化融合的实现意义,进行科技、文化融合的多维路径选择,在科技、文化的融合中引领北京和谐社会构建,把握人与地关系的辩证方向,才能实现科技与文化多维路径整合和北京社会经济系统创新,进而推动首都文化科技的融合发展。
英文摘要：
In view of the structural adjustment and economic and social transformation in the ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂ period, and taking consideration of the whole cultural industry（utility） in Beijing, the transformation of Beijing from ＂industrial city to cultural city＂, from ＂polluted city＂ to ＂livable city＂, from ＂technology center＂ to ＂creative center＂, and from ＂technology driving＂ to ＂technology and cul- ture driving＂ is studied in order to analyze the path of cultural and technological integration. The re- sults show that to promote the integrated development of culture and technology and the innovation of social and economic system in Beijing, it is significant to fully understand the characteristics of Beijing ＂s economic and social transformation in the ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂ period and its strategic positioning, to explore the significance of the cultural and technological integration, to implement multi-dimension- al path of the cultural and technological integration, to build a harmonious Beijing by means of the cultural and technological integration, and to properly handle the dialectic relation between human and nature.
