结合江西省区域发展实际,从土地投入程度、土地利用程度、土地利用经济效益、土地利用环境生态效益、土地集约利用发展趋势5个方面构建区域城市土地集约利用评价指标体系.采用改进熵值法、GIS空间分析方法、层次聚类分析法对省内区域城市土地集约利用水平进行综合评价,并对评价结果进行空间分异研究,并结合研究结论,提出了提高土地集约利用的建议和措施.最后探讨了城市土地集约利用进一步深入研究的方向.

英文摘要：

It puts forward the evaluation index system of urban land intensive utilization from aspects of land input, land output, land use intensity, sustainable use degree. Based on the actual conditions land eco-environmental quality and land of Jiangxi, improved entropy method and comprehensive evaluate method are adopted to calculate the urban land intensive use of 11 cities in Jiangxi province and the result is graded. By using spatial autocorrelation method and according to Global Moran＇s I and Local Moran＇s I, the spatial differences of urban land intensive utilization were analyzed and the causes leading to the formation of its spatial differences were explored. Finally, some related countermeasures were put forward based on the conclusion, some problems are put for- ward to be furthered discussed.
