Using option game and cooperative game theory,and based on symmetrical duopoly model,we take the influence factors of the patent value （complementary degree,patent economic life,market volatility） as a mathematical modeling of inputs,patent value and investment threshold as output from a technical perspective complementary degree,then study financial properties of synergy innovation venture under the complementary patent.The results show that the enterprise with contrasting patent cooperation can achieve ideal patent investment value,and the greater the degree of patent complementary,the more enterprise tend to adopt cooperative strategy.
