采用气相扩渗的方法,对K3PW12O40·7H2O配合物进行稀土Sm的化学热扩渗.利用IR,XRD,TG-DTA和XPS等手段对扩渗后配合物的结构进行了表征和研究,发现在720℃下扩渗后的主要产物是β-W2N.XPS能谱分析证实了稀土的存在且与化合物有一定的键合作用.采用四极法对扩渗前后的试样进行了导电性能测试,扩渗后试样的导电性提高了3.1×10^4倍.分析了电阻、电导率与温度变化的关系曲线,发现此材料的导电性在672℃后电阻趋于0.
Chemistry-heated diffused permeation is used to treat K3PW12O40· 7H2O with Sin. IR,XRD, TGDTA and XPS were used to characterize the permeated complex. The experimental results show that Sm can be permeated into the body of this sample,ehemieal bonds are formed between Sm and other components, and found that the main product isβ-W2N under 720 ℃. The conductivity was obtained by DC four-probe method and AC impedance spectra in the mean time. The conductivity of permeated sample is 3. 1×10^4 times of that of untreated one,and a PTC property was also found in the plot of relationship between conductivity and temperature,whieh gives a promising application for heteropoly complex.
