目的:探讨将同伴教育模式应用到实习护生临床护理中的可行性及有效性。方法:选取成都大学医护学院2009级本科护理2班60名学生作为研究对象,该组学生被随机分为实验组30名和对照组30名。将同伴教育模式应用于实验组学生临床护理过程中。结果:实验组护理技能、表达能力和临床知识明显优于对照组。结论:同伴教育模式应用于实习护生的临床护理中具有可行性;与传统教学相比,同伴教育能提高学生的学习兴趣,促进专业知识和技能的掌握及综合能力的培养;同伴教育也有利于促进医学教育的公平及拓宽实习护生的知识、技能。
The purpose of this paper is to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of the peer education mode applied to student nurses in PICC clinical nursing. The method of the research is:60 students have been studied from Class 2, Grade 2009 undergraduate nursing in School of Medicine. These students were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group and each group consists of 30 people. Peer education mode is applied to the experimental group students during their PICC clinical nursing. The results shows that their nursing skills, eom- munieation skills and clinical knowledge of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group. The conclusion is that it is feasible that peer education mode is used in PICC clinical nursing to student nurses. Compared with the traditional leaching, peer education can improve students' interest in learning, promote the mastery of professional knowledge and skills, develop comprehensive capacity. It is favorable to promote the fairness of medical education, broaden the knowledge and skills of nursing students.
