探讨白细胞介素17(IL-17)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及其与pTNM分期的相互关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学法检测102例癌组织和癌旁组织中IL-17、MMP-9的表达,并对其与pTNM分期的关系进行统计分析。结果:IL-17、MMP-9在NSCLC癌组织阳性表达率分别为73.53%(75/102)和 60.78%(62/102),癌旁组织中分别为71.57%(73/102)、7.84%(8/102);二者在不同pTNM分期癌组织中表达差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),癌组织中IL-17与MMP-9的表达有相关性 (P<0.05),在癌旁组织中的表达无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:IL-17和MMP-9在NSCLC中表达上调,两者在癌组织的表达呈正相关,两者可能共同参与了NSCLC浸润和转移,需要进一步明确IL-17、MMP-9在肿瘤微环境中的调控机制。
[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the helper T cells 17 (TH17) Cytokine activity IL17, matrix metalloproteinase -9 (MMP-9) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues and expression relationship for pTNM staging. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect 102 cases of cancer and adjacent tissues in IL17 and MMP9 expression of non-small cell lung carcinoma. χ2 test was used to compare the ratio of its relationship with the pTNM stage analysis. Results: IL-17, MMP-9 expression rates in NSCLC cancer were 73.53%(75/102), 60.78%(62/102) respectively, different TNM staging of IL-17, MMP-9 expression were statistically significant (P〈0.05) respectively, The expression of IL-17 and MMP-9 in NSCLC tumor tissue were related to differences (P〈0.05),and adjacent tissues were not related to differences (P〉0.05). Conclusion: IL-17, MMP-9 in non-small cell lung cancer tissues increased, both may be involved in invasion and metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer, IL-17 and MMP-9 in NSCLC tumor tissue were correlated and adjacent tissues expression were not correlated, further defined the IL-17, MMP-9 in the tumor microenvironment in the regulation mechanism.
