研究空气弹簧键合图建模方法,建立空气弹簧的功率键合图模型,使用20-sim软件进行动态仿真,得到系统压力和位移的动态响应曲线,研究不同负载和节流孔直径对空气弹簧性能的影响规律;通过建立系统的Simulink模型,进行对比仿真分析,验证空气弹簧键合图模型的正确性与仿真结果的可靠性。研究工作为空气弹簧的动力学建模及仿真提供了新方法。
The bond graph model of air spring system was established according to the power bond graph theory. The model' s dynamic simulation results ,such as the export pressure and displacement, were conducted with the 20 - sire software environment. The simulation results show that the performance of air spring relates with load and orifice diameter. Comparing the result of simulink model with bond graph model, the validity of the air spring bond model and the reliability of simulation result are proved. The research provides a new method for the modeling of air spring.
