The follow factors lead to failure of the traditional poverty alleviation way and difficult to achieve scale benefit, such as bad natural environment, poverty deep, high poverty rate, homogeneity industry, poverty alleviation resources across the administrative areas. In cooperative poverty alleviation mode of contiguous poverty areas, local farmers as the main body and cooperatives as the carrier, which dominated by the government and cooperate diversity social resources to build the sustainable development of the organization for poverty alleviation. To promote the continuous development of farmer co- operative poverty alleviation mode in contiguous poverty areas, this paper suggests that government could build across the regional government coordination mechanism for poverty alleviation, and need to continuous innovation poverty alleviation mechanism, creation of government purchase service platform for poverty alleviation, motivate diversified social body participation in cooperation for poverty alleviation, encourage and hire social elite to participate in cooperative manage- ment, and maintain the independence of cooperatives poverty alleviation and insist on the principle of cooperation.
