为研究膏体料浆管道输送过程中的压力损失,本文建立了新型闭路环管试验测试平台,研究了管径、料浆流速、料浆中固相含量和物料粒径对膏体料浆管道输送压力损失的影响。流速对压力损失的影响分两个阶段:当流速小于黏性过渡流速时,压力损失随流速呈线性增加;当流速大于黏性过渡流速时,压力损失随着流速增加呈1~2次多项式增加,且增加速率远大于流速增加速率。压力损失随管径增大呈负幂指数减小,随料浆中固相质量分数的增加呈指数增加。在相同工况条件下,细粒级较粗粒级料浆管输压力损失更大,且黏性过渡流速较大,压力损失随流速增加相对缓慢。
A new pipe loop test platform was built to study the influence factors and levels of pressure loss in slurry pipe transpor-tation. The influences of pipe inner-diameter, flow velocity, slurry concentration and particle size on the pressure loss were investiga-ted. It is found that the influence of flow velocity on the pressure loss can be divided into two stages: when the flow velocity is less than the viscous transition flow rate, the pressure loss increases linearly with the increasing of flow velocity;but when the flow velocity is greater than the viscous transition velocity, the pressure loss increases in linear to quadratic polynomials with the increase of flow ve-locity, and the increasing rate is greater than that of flow velocity. The pressure loss negative-power decreases with the increasing of pipe diameter, but it exponentially increases with increasing slurry concentration. Under the same working condition, the pressure loss of fine-grained slurry is greater than coarse-grained slurry, the viscous transition velocity of fine-grained slurry is larger, but the in-crease in pressure loss of fine-grained slurry with flow velocity is relatively slow.
