目的 探讨铁缺乏时对大鼠胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平的影响.方法 将20只wister大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组各10只,实验组用低铁饲料喂养,对照组用普通饲料喂养,每周行内眦静脉采血,检测血液学参数及促红细胞生成素(EPO)、IGF-1并称重.结果 ①4周后实验组大鼠血红蛋白和铁蛋白浓度下降,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),造模成功.②两组大鼠体重均有增加,实验组增幅较小;实验组血清IGF-1明显低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 铁缺乏可以抑制大鼠IGF-1的分泌,从而导致大鼠生长发育缓慢.
Objective To explore the effects of iron deficiency on insulin-like growth factor 1 of rats. Methods 20 rats were randomly divided into experimental group with low-iron diet and control group with normal diet (n = 10). The hematological parameters, erythropoietin (EPO), IGF-lof the rats blood were observed. Results Four weeks later, he- moglobin and ferritin of the experimental group decreased, and there were statistical differences between two groups(P〈 0.05). We successfully made rat iron-deficiency anemia model. The weight of both groups' rats increased, but the experi- mental group had a modest growth. IGF-1 of experimental group was obviously lower than those of control group, and there were statistical differences between two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion Iron deficiency can inhibit the secretion of IGF-1 and lead to growth retardation in rats.
