利用不同规格的聚乳酸-羟基乙酸(PLGA)设计并制备了一种多腔体可降解的植入式药物控释微型装置,并考察了亲水性药物村乙酰氨基酚和氯苯那敏在不同规格PLGA微型装置中的释药情况。结果表明,单纯依靠扩散作用不能实现长期恒速释药,而带微孔的该类微型装置的累积释药量线性度较好,有可能适用于植入式长期控释给药。
An implantable controlled-release micro-device with multi-chambers using PLGA of different molar ratio as biodegradable matirx was designed and fabricated. The in vitro release of the micro-devices encapsulated with paracetamol and chlorpheniramine was investigated, respectively. The results showed that the long-term and controlled-release effect could not be achieved only relied on diffusion and corrosion, but the devices with pores on PLGA film could realize preferable linear release, which indicated it was a potential dosage form for implantable long-term controlled drug release system.
